FOOD & WINE PAIRINGS

We particularly recommend it with cheese of course, but also with traditional poultry dishes, such as chicken and potatoes or with a gratin dauphinois! Braised ham with vegetables, raclette, roasted veal paupiettes, assortment of local cheeses. A delight!
