THE ESTATE
Montdomaine’s winemaking expertise is rooted in an age-old tradition. Frédéric Plou grows his vines traditionally across 17 hectares of varied vineyards, respecting natural cycles and the land to produce quality grapes and wine. Soil work, pruning, leaf thinning, and shoot thinning are practices that help ensure maximum grape quality.
