PRESENTATION

Pinot Beurot is the old name for Pinot Gris in Burgundy. It comes from the grey color of the grape which resembles the monks' habit, hence its name Beurot.

THE ESTATE

Located in Esvres at the gates of Tours, the estate is part of one of the smallest appellations in the Loire Valley, the A.O.C Touraine Noble Joué. The family has perpetuated the winemaking tradition for 4 generations, on an 18ha estate certified organic.
