PRESENTATION

Three grape varieties are vinified separately. Pressed immediately upon harvest, the grapes produce a grey wine known as "oeil de perdrix" (partridge eye). The 2025 season proceeded smoothly with a very hot and dry period, leading us to start harvesting on August 27. The grapes, rich in sugar and with beautiful aromatic concentrations, produced a gastronomic rosé gris—powerful with excellent length on the palate.

THE ESTATE

Located in Esvres on the outskirts of Tours, the estate is part of one of the smallest appellations in the Loire Valley, the Touraine Noble Joué AOC. The family has carried on the winemaking tradition for 4 generations on an 18-hectare organic-certified farm. Our approach includes mechanical soil cultivation under the rows while preserving natural grass between them. All our treatments are carried out using natural products.
