PRESENTATION
A very supple wine with aromas of spice and licorice.
THE ESTATE
Located in Esvres, at the gates of Tours, the estate is part of one of the smallest appellations in the Loire Valley, the A.O.C Touraine Noble Joué. The family has carried on the winemaking tradition for 4 generations, on an 18-hectare estate certified organic. Our approach includes mechanical tilling under the rows while preserving natural grass between them. All our treatments are carried out with natural products.
