This sparkling white wine is crafted with precision and passion from 100% Chenin Blanc, expressing the freshness and minerality of Saumur's limestone terroirs. Fine bubbles, vibrant acidity and a distinctive salinity deliver a long, persistent and flavorful finish.

THE ESTATE

Domaine des Guyons is located in the heart of southern Saumur, in the charming village of Puy Notre Dame. On this 19-hectare single-block estate, vines averaging 50 years old grow on Turonian soils.
